HTt Business Consulting offers strategic planning, marketing and business development, and sales capture and proposal support to companies targeting government Health IT initiatives and those that operate in the HIE market space (consulting firms and HIE technology vendors).
HTt will provide support for companies pursuing other Federal HIT opportunities to include agency HIE, ‘Big Data’ initiatives, and patient safety, quality and public health efforts. HTt will provide strategy, marketing, and business development support and at a tactical level capture and proposal support for HHS CIOsp3 task order solicitations in these focused areas.
HTt has a deep knowledge and understanding of VistA and AHLTA and the iEHR Roadmap as well as the emerging importance of civilian health care information and the need for integration with the iEHR of the future. HTt will provide strategic planning as well as marketing and business development support to companies targeting iEHR and VLER opportunities. At the opportunity level, HTt will provide capture management support as well as task order proposal support for VA T-4 solicitations related to iEHR and VLER.
Within the HIE market space (consulting firms and HIE technology vendors), HTt provides strategic planning, marketing and business development, and sales capture and proposal support to companies targeting federal agency HIE, Statewide HIE, provider or community-based HIE and private HIE opportunities. At HTt, we recognize that HIE 2.0 technologies are necessary for robust health information exchange to occur, but certainly a crawl, walk, run, sprint strategy provides the best path towards valued use and business sustainability. We join with consulting firms and HIE technology vendors to help them incrementally position themselves for HIE opportunities within their target markets.

Led the initial capture management activities for a winning mid-tier business pursuit of a LB CIOsp3 Award. Work included assessment of health IT capability, determining a win strategy, building a team to supplement and complement company’s capabilities, and securing teaming agreements.
Proposal Support
Provided soup to nuts proposal support for three-week proposal response engagement with Internet technology company bidding Federal Health IT opportunity that required subject matter expertise doing subject matter writing, coordinating teammates’ proposal participation, and all proposal preparation up to actual submission.
